
We are seeking applications for the SPECS (Supporting Parents and Early Childhood Services) Support and Development Worker vacancy. The role is a fulltime position of 35 hours per week, part time hours may be considered.
We work with a consortium of local community projects and statutory agencies in managing the SPECS Initiative, which focuses on evidence-based early intervention and prevention work with families to achieve better outcomes for children.
The initiative is funded by Tusla under the ABC programme.
BNWAP SPECS provides a supportive environment which ensures staff take a positive, strengths-based approach to engaging with families and working with other agencies. The ideal candidate for the Support and Development Worker post will be a flexible team player, with excellent communication skills and experience of working utilising evidence-based supports with children and families in a social inclusion context.
